Memorial donation: a lasting gesture

You have lost a loved one. Would you like to make a gesture for the future in their memory? Memorial donations make it possible for the USZ Foundation to support the most important projects at University Hospital Zurich. They help enable the development of new therapies for future patients.

You have various options for supporting the USZ Foundation with a memorial donation:

Obituary
The obituary could mention the possibility of donating as follows:
“In honor of the deceased you are invited to make a donation to the USZ Foundation, Zürcher Kantonalbank, CH23 0070 0110 0065 6961 9, reference: Donation in memory of (first and last name).” Let us know your contact details so that we can send you a list of the people who have made a donation.

Your own donation
If you would like to make a gift yourself in memory of the deceased, you can use our donation form or transfer your contribution to the following account: USZ Foundation, Zürcher Kantonalbank, CH23 0070 0110 0065 6961 9, reference: Donation in memory of (first and last name)

Collection
You can also support the USZ Foundation by making a collection at the funeral or memorial service. Talk to the person responsible for the ceremony. You can make the donation using our donation form or by bank transfer: USZ Foundation, Zürcher Kantonalbank, CH23 0070 0110 0065 6961 9. Please include the reference “Donation in memory of (first and last name)” and the address for condolences so that we can write to thank you.
