A note regarding memorial donations in the obituary might look like this:
“In memory of the deceased, we would appreciate your donation to the USZ Foundation, Zürcher Kantonalbank, CH23 0070 0110 0065 6961 9, reference: Memorial donation (first name/last name).” Please provide us with your contact information so that we can subsequently send you a list of donors.
Your donation
If you would like to make a donation in memory of the deceased, you can use our donation form or transfer your donation to: USZ Foundation, Zürcher Kantonalbank, CH23 0070 0110 0065 6961 9, Reference: Memorial donation (First Name/Last Name).
Collection
You can also support the USZ Foundation by making a donation during the funeral service. Please coordinate this with your funeral coordinator. Please include the note “Memorial donation (first name/last name)” and the funeral address so that we can thank you.
